Online Coaching?  What on earth is that?

                My online coaching works around you, your schedule and allows me to create programs that work based off what equipment you have, focusing on your weak points and overall leading you to a path to better health.  I am willing to work with you to create a plan that is custom tailored to you.  I have clients that I can give workouts through an app (Trainerize) that you can follow along to.  How many workouts a week is entirely up to you.  This app also allows you to track you weight, sync to my fitness pal, track progress photos and much more. How many features you would like to use is entirely up to you.  As long as we have a program set that meets your goals, using the equipment avaible to you (can be at home or at the gym) I can ensure progress!  I will go over how I want the exercise to be executed, but also feel free to send me videos of your form to ensure that you are lifting safely and efficiently.

On the other side of the spectrum, I am able to create google sheets and share them with you so we can both edit them.  This is best for clients looking for powerlifting coaching or just general strength training.  With this type of program, I strongly recommend sending me frequent videos for form checks so we can ensure that your form as efficient as possible.  I will frequently check in with you, a minimum of twice a week to follow up with you and focus on any improvements that we need to make. 

Last but not least, I am able to do nutrition counseling 100% online.  I am able to get you all of the forms and information you need, and like to do weekly check in calls with you to see how everything is going, make any small changes as needed and really get to know my client face to face (even if we can’t be).
