Many gyms, fitness clubs and similar facilities are not upfront about their pricing or only offer their pricing when they are running a special. I want to be clear and transparent about what I charge and how it aligns with the industry standards. Most personal training sessions in gyms run $50-100$, and this could be for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the gym. Generally, gyms do not offer nutrition advice unless that is a separate paid service and will often leave you alone to get warmups started while they finish with their previous client. As not just a personal trainer, but as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and PN1 Nutritionist, my prices are as follows:
Remote Strength / Powerlifting coaching: $150 / month
In-person private gym session (1 Hour): $60 (Buy 5, get 1 free)
FULL nutrition counseling: $250 First month, $150 subsequent months. (Please note I do not mind giving nutrition advice during sessions, this is for a complete review of your diet and keeping up daily)
I am fully invested in each of my clients and never follow “cookie cutter” type programs many others provide. I will work together with you to achieve goals, and by standing by your side to help you tackle your struggles head-on to achieve everything from better sports performance to leading a healthier lifestyle.
These prices are subject to change and I will work with you if you would l like to combine packages. I
