How I can push you to the next level
As someone who has gained a ton of strength in their adult years and is highly educated on the topic; I’m here to provide you with top-notch program design and exercise technique building. I currently hold the NSCA CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification, the gold standard for knowledge of the topic. I provide my athletes with weekly programs and one-on-one sessions to identify problem areas, go over form, and ensure exercises are being performed safely and as effectively as possible. Nutrition is another key area many coaches won’t touch upon while working with their athletes. I will guide you in the proper direction when it comes to getting the most out of your workout and being prepared for the next one.
