Paint is completed and organization has been accomplished.
Highlights include:

-Slam ball, wall ball, landmine attachments, various kettlbelles and light dumbells, bands, yoga mats, aerobic stepper, stability ball, foam roller and heavy bag.

Training one on one here is how I am able to keep the highest standards of sanitization. Training here is private, away from others and fun!

This more than just a home gym, this is where dozens of people have taken steps toward their goals. Everything you can dream of to get a good cardio, HIIT or strength workout is here!
