With a new type of diet seeing to come out every week, it’s easy to get lost into the void of what is science and what is pseduoscience. Low carb, keto, paleo, Mediterranean – Are any of these diets right for you or are they nonsense?
If your goal is to lose weight, I’ve been through it, I know just how tough it can be. But that’s what I’m here for, not just to educate you, but to be your personal cheerleader. Nutrition coaching isn’t me yelling at you for eating McDonalds, it’s about aiding you in making step by step lifestyle changes to meet your goals. Making nutritional changes should never lead to you being starving, uncomfortable or deprived from the foods you love.
